In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup for your convenience at our pickup location located at 979 E 35th st Brooklyn NY 11210, Brooklyn New York 11210, United States.
Once you have placed your order, it will usually be ready for pickup within 4 hours. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
When you come to collect your order, please remember to bring your confirmation email. This will help us ensure a quick and easy pickup process for you.
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we ask that you please call or Whatsapp us at 718-400-7368 when you arrive outside the pickup location. We will then bring your order out to you promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, we are currently unable to offer shipping services outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future to better serve our global customers.
Please note that if you are located outside of the United States, you may still be able to purchase our products through a third-party shipping service. However, we cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of such services and we cannot accept responsibility for any issues that may arise during the shipping process. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our return policy allows you to return any product within 30 days from the day you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
